Our warehouse team takes great care in packing every order securely to minimise any chance of damage during delivery.

We do our best to clearly describe sizing, material, and quantities—but we understand that sometimes a product just doesn't suit your needs.

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

• Be sure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery for immediate replacement.
• We'll arrange collection and send replacements via express delivery.
• Damage claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for expedited replacement.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN:

Email us at support@unome.co.za with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return (quality issue, wrong specification, etc.)
• Items you wish to return (quantities and product codes)
• (If damaged) Clear photographs of the issue

REFUND PROCESS:

• Quality issues: Immediate refund once we receive your return request
• Other returns: Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from refund (except for quality issues)
