SHIPMENTS:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Free Delivery across Stellenbosch, Kraaifontein, Malmesbury, Riebeek, Paarl, Wellington, Klapmuts, Franschoek, Hermon, Goudini, Groot Drakenstein, Klipheuwel, Botha and Wolseley.
Shipping Costs are R60 for the rest of the Western Cape and R175 for the rest of South Africa.

Tracking details are provided for each shipment.
Please report any courier damage within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@unome.co.za.
If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options or arrange a full refund.

Our warehouse team takes great care in packing every order securely to minimise any chance of damage during delivery.

We do our best to clearly describe sizing, material, and quantities—but we understand that sometimes a product just doesn't suit your needs.

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Be sure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery for immediate replacement.
We'll arrange collection and send replacements via express delivery.
Damage claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for expedited replacement.

(If damaged) Clear photographs of the issue

REFUND PROCESS:

Quality issues: Immediate refund once we receive your return request
Other returns: Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Return shipping costs may be deducted from refund (except for quality issues)
