SHIPMENTS:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Free Delivery across Stellenbosch, Kraaifontein, Malmesbury, Riebeek, Paarl, Wellington, Klapmuts, Franschoek, Hermon, Gouda, Groot Drakenstein, Klipheuwel and Wolseley.
Shipping Costs are R125 for the rest of the Western Cape and R170 for the rest of South Africa.
Please note: Shipping for bulk sauces will be higher at checkout and additional shipping costs may occur depending on volume and order weight.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Tracking details are provided for each shipment.
Please report any courier damage within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@unome.co.za.
If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options or arrange a full refund.

Our warehouse team takes great care to securely pack every order and minimise the risk of damage during delivery.

We work hard to provide accurate descriptions of sizing, materials, quantities, and ideal uses. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for your needs.

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you quickly.
Include clear photographs of the damage when you reach out.
We will arrange collection and send replacements via express delivery at no cost to you.
Damage reported after 24 hours may not qualify for replacement.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at support@unome.co.za with the following information:

Your order number.
The reason for the return (e.g., quality issue, wrong item received, incorrect specification).
Confirmation that items are unused, in original packaging, and include all items.
If damaged: Clear photographs of the issue.

REFUNDS & RETURN SHIPPING

Damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs and issue a refund or replacement once the item is returned.
Other returns: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. Refunds are processed once the returned items arrive at our warehouse.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
